I bring a mix of strategic leadership and real-world operational understanding to our team.  My journey into management started in college, where I studied management with an emphasis in leadership and minored in social entrepreneurship. After graduating, I jumped straight into the fast-paced world of food service, as a supervisor and team trainer where I learned how to manage chaos and develop people. All while keeping business goals front and center. That hands-on operational experience shapes my approach to today: practical and people-focused.

I have spent 40+ years in  veterinary practices from kennels to management. My management experience ranges from general practices, shelter medicine and exotic practices to veterinary distributorship and ER specialty practices. I've led teams across private and corporate veterinary hospitals. I love helping hospitals exceed their own expectations.

With nearly fifteen years of experience in the education and community care sphere, I bring a unique perspective to veterinary business consulting.
